1. Nature of Market-Linked Bullion

Due to real-time volatility in international spot gold and silver pricing, standard consumer e-commerce return policies do not apply to investment-grade bullion bars and coins once dispatched with intact tamper-proof packaging.

2. Replacement for Transit Damage or Defect

In the rare event that a package arrives with damaged tamper packaging or manufacturing irregularity:

• The customer must record an uncut 360-degree unboxing video clearly displaying the serialized package label and tamper seal.
• Notice must be lodged with our Claims Desk within 24 hours of delivery.
• Upon technical verification, a full replacement with identical weight and purity specifications will be dispatched at zero surcharge.
