Insured Bullion Transit & Delivery Policy

1. 100% Transit Insurance Coverage

Every parcel dispatched by Sankalp Samruddhi is fully insured against theft, transit damage, or loss until signed for by the verified consignee at the registered delivery address.

2. Tamper-Evident Security Packaging

All bullion bars and coins are enclosed in specialized tamper-evident, sealed security pouches featuring serialized holographic seals. If any package arrives with broken seals, customers are instructed to refuse delivery immediately.

3. OTP-Verified Handover

Delivery agents will hand over the shipment only upon verification of an encrypted Delivery OTP transmitted to the customer's registered mobile number, alongside government photo identification.

4. Dispatch Timelines

Following payment verification approval:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier II & III Towns: 3 to 6 business days.
• Special Remote Zones: 5 to 8 business days.
